Villa Shmitanka had been purchased as an abandoned antique structure, in the aim of renovate it to a luxury hospitality house for tourists and visitors, while maintaining the authenticity, material and bonding to the environment and the local nature.

The swimming pool located facing an open and stunning view- without any partitions, and it kept under the sunlight, while providing a feeling of Natural recreation. Wading at the pool, feels more like dipping in a bubbling spring than in an Industrial Pool.
